Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any part of PrepNexz (the website, the candidate portal, and the company/admin dashboards), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not register or continue to use the platform.
2. Who can use PrepNexz
PrepNexz is built for job seekers, students and early-career professionals in India. You must be at least 18 years old, or using the platform with the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must provide accurate information at signup — including your name, email, mobile number, and company/organisation selection.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Company administrators and the PrepNexz team may approve, hold, disable, or remove accounts and tool access. If you believe your account has been compromised, email support@prepnexz.com immediately.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — for example, not to scrape or reverse-engineer listings, not to upload false or plagiarised resumes, not to impersonate another person, and not to abuse the AI tools to generate misleading or harmful content. We may suspend access for behaviour that harms other users or the service.
5. AI-generated content
Resume suggestions, interview questions, market insights and other outputs are produced by AI models and are guidance only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or recruiter-endorsed. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before sending it to an employer.
6. Job listings
Fresher job openings are aggregated from public sources and career boards. PrepNexz does not guarantee that a listing is still open, that you will be selected, or that a third-party employer will respond. Always verify a role on the source company page before sharing personal data or paying any fee.
7. Companies and admins
If your account belongs to a company/organisation, your company admin can view your usage, toggle your tool access, place your account on hold, or delete your account from their organisation. The main PrepNexz admin can manage users across all companies and approve or revoke any account.
8. Fees and refunds
Some features may be offered under paid plans. Where a refund policy applies, it is described on the plan page or in the Refund Policy. Unless stated otherwise, paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
9. Service availability
We work to keep PrepNexz available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, third-party API outages, and feature limits may affect availability. We may change or remove features with reasonable notice.
